Above rates include:
- Standard tables, chairs, setup and breakdown per customer specifications and available inventory
- One security individual during your event (events with more than 50 people and special event days require additional security)
- Use of outdoor patio and available furnishings
- Special guest room rates at the Embassy Suites Centennial Olympic Park, Hilton Garden Inn Downtown, and Glenn Hotel are offered subject to availability for social events
Other Notes:
- Save 20% in rental and beverage minimums with the combination of breakfast and lunch for daytime events
- Rates are subject to change and premiums shall apply for certain holiday or special event dates
- Rates are based on a 4-hour event window with 2 hours of setup and 1 hour of breakdown. Additional hours are available for an additional fee of $500 per hour
Although many services are included with the rental fee, additional services available include:
- The Wedding Package includes use of a hospitality suite and the Ventanas green room on the day of the event for an additional $750, subject to availability.
- Helicopter service is available for $1,500 per flight hour.
- Parking is available at the hotel for a rate of $5 on weekdays and $10 on weekends. Valet is available for an additional $5 per car.
- Coat check service is available by an insured and bonded third party
- A red carpet and stanchion arrival package on Baker St. is available for a setup charge of $250
- Additional security and elevator operators may be required, depending on the event type and time frame for arrivals and departures. Hotel security is $25 per hour and off-duty police officers are $45 per hour.
